We perform it by raising dust for 10 seconds every 15 minutes within 2 hours. After the test, we clean the dust outside the lamp and test the luminous intensity. Hence, In the dust environment, the luminous frequency should be between 1 Hz and 3 Hz, and the luminous intensity on the relating axis of the light source should not be less than 240 CD.

⋅ Waterproof performance

We test the sample of the portable signboards by electrified the arrow boards for 2 hours under the simulated rain for 5 L. Moreover, the rotation speed of the test bench is 17 R / min and the oscillation angle of the sprinkler pipe is ± 60 degrees. Also, the luminous frequency under determined voltage shall be between 1 Hz -3 Hz.

⋅ High-temperature resistance

To check temperature resistance, we put the flashing arrow sign lamp into the high-temperature test box. We prove arrow boards work normally when placed at a high temperature of 75 ℃± 2 ℃ in 4 hours.

⋅ Low-temperature resistance

We also place the signboards connected with a power supply in the low-temperature test chamber with –40 ℃ to ± 3 ℃.After the test, the arrow sign boards should work normally.

⋅ Salt fog resistance & Corrosion resistance

Place the non-working sign lamp in the salt spray test box and test the arrow boards in the mass percentage concentration of the salt spray solution of 5℃±0.1℃.
