Halogen Rotating Light Bar Description
The Halogen rotating light bar mainly relies on the halogen lamp unit in the emergency led light bar to achieve a rotating purpose. The led bars for trucks shades are designed by a single-layer cover with over-process film. And the chassis is made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles. It is same at the material of LED TBD-B000 series lightbars also.

Lightbar with siren speaker
The emergency strobe light bars with horns is to directly shorten the length of the lampshade.Then add a stainless steel middle cover in the middle part, and then place the horn in it. The overall structure is shown in the figure:
Without speaker lightbar
The lightbar without a horn does not have a middle tube, as shown in the halogen rotating light bar of TBD-B0R4-48, the middle part is directly connected to the lampshade and fixed with screws.
And this is the special feature of this emergency vehicle light bars in terms of customization.
In addition,the lampshade has a curved design on both sides that we can see, which can effectively reduce the wind resistance. One of the reasons for this design is its fixed position. Beacuse the led light bars for emergency vehicles are fixed on the roof of the car. Especially the fire truck is larger and the wind resistance will be greater. The above design methods can reduce the wind resistance to a certain extent. Therefore, we recommend using this lamp on fire trucks.
