Product Overview

TBD-3000 series luxury lightbar is a latest excellent product which launched from our company. It has unique and novel appearance. It can be harmonious and perfect integration with all kinds of special vehicles. The light adopts composite structure of integration lamp-chimney with male tab.

That made three lamp-chimney colors of red, yellow and blue. It not only fully meet the requirement of the Ministry of Communications’ highway supervision warning light, but also has the top-ranking waterproof and dustproof performance that general splicing type warning light don’t has. The electric alarm with the equipped light control its work and kinds of alarm voice. Efficiency warning affection, superior performance and easy to use. It is an ideal equipment for various special vehicles, especial the highway management vehicles as the rite, alarm and field command.

Installation instruction

1. The installation of the lightbar is shown in figure 2. Loose the foot stool and fasten thebolt, so that the foot stool can move along the chassis, put the light in an appropriate position on the roof of the car.
2. Makethe lightbar symmetric with the vehicle, and adjust the installation position of the retractor and the water channel.
3. Hook the retractor into the gutter channel as shown in figure 2, fasten the retractor with straight screwdriver and tighten the bolt.
4. Check whether the screw are loosen in all parts and put into use after confirming that they are firm and reliable.
5. Wiring of lightbar is shown in figure 3. RED of the alarm power cord connect with+ pole of the battery and connect to the safety. BLACK connect with – of the battery. Do not connect wrong, so as not to affect the normal operation of the machine.
6. The alarm light leads into the car driving room along the gutter channel and insert the plug into the alarm socket.
7. When the light’s plug is effect on the wiring, the sheathed lines can be cut 30mm away from the plug. When the wiring is finished, the sheathed lines should be strip off and each wire should reconnection with same colors and bind up with insulating tape. Do not happen the short circuit in the wire.
8. Press the alarm’s switch of light control I, II or III respectively, and the corresponding indicator light will be on and light 1, 2 or 3(optional) will be work. Otherwise turn it off.
