Installation Notes

1.Lightbar bracket see picture 1, screw out bolt 6, make bracket is movable along with base, so move lightbar to suitable position of auto roof.

2.Adjust bracket to keep left and right of auto symmetry, make distance of bracket and launder is suitable for hook 1’s length to install, then screw down bolt 6.

3.Screw down bolt 5 to peg position of hook and launder. Screw down bolt 2.

4.Check every bolts to sure that all are fastness before use.

5.Power wire “Red” connect power “+” pole, wire “black” connect power “-”pole, please be careful.

6.The warning light leads into the car cab along the car launder, and the plug is inserted into the siren socket.

7.When the wiring is affected by the warning light plug, the sheath wire can be cut off from the plug 300 mm. When the wiring is finished, the sheath wire sheath should be peeled off. Each wire is reconnected in the same color and wrapped with insulating tape. Be careful

8.Turn on the siren and control lightbar.

Ordinary Maintenance

In normal use, if the warning lightbar is not bright, first check if the corresponding fuse is normal, and found blown fuse should be replaced in time.

The company will provide free repair or replacement partsfor any failure within Six months from the date of delivery if the user complies with the installation and use rules.

Notes

Since the working current of the warning lightbar is large, do not arbitrarily ground the negative electrode on the car body to avoid accidents.

If the current is reversed after a short period of time(≤1min), check if the fuse is intact.
